In our school we 'Learn and Achieve Together' within a safe, respectful and welcoming Christian community.  Our children's spiritual and moral development is nurtured by our values, enabling them to fulfil their potential and giving them the confidence needed to be lifelong learners and problem solvers in the wider world.

Fritchley CofE (Aided) Primary and Nursery School enjoys the benefits of being a small village primary school, whilst being part of the David Neiper Cluster Collaboration. We work collaboratively with other schools in the group, sharing practice and resources. Our school also prides itself on retaining its own autonomy.  Our school is a very special place, we have amazing teachers and support staff, a wonderful spacious setting, and as a result, pupils are engaged, enthusiastic and proud of their school. We aim to deliver a curriculum that offers all pupils every opportunity to achieve their full potential; staff are skilled at involving pupils in the design of learning challenges for each topic and have high expectations of all their pupils. They do not set limits of achievement based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability or sexuality. Equally, all pupils are encouraged to develop their own talents and interests, are given the confidence to be themselves and protected from undue pressure from others.

At Fritchley CofE (Aided) Primary and Nursery School we strive to achieve true potential for all, to be a place where children will:

Feel safe, welcome and respected.

Delight in learning, have fun and prepare for life in the 21st Century.

Celebrate effort, success and diversity.

Share enthusiasm, motivation and high aspiration.

Be treated with dignity, embrace being part of our school family and flourish in an enabling environment.
